1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
• You request a refund within 30 days of your subscription renewal
• Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
• Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may issue partial refunds:

• If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, we will prorate and refund the difference
• If you cancel after the 30-day period due to technical issues on our end, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Setup fees (if applicable)
• Custom development work
• Third-party integration fees
• Services rendered beyond the 30-day guarantee period (except at our discretion)

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds will be given for unused time in the current billing period
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time
