TrustGainz provides review management and invitation services to help businesses collect authentic customer reviews on third-party platforms including Trustpilot and Google Reviews. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with Trustpilot A/S or Google LLC.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Follow the terms of service of third-party review platforms
- Not use our services to generate fake or fraudulent reviews
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use our services to violate any laws or regulations
- Attempt to manipulate review ratings or rankings
- Send review invitations to customers who have not purchased your products or services
- Use automated systems to access our services without authorization
- Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
6. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REPUTATIONBEAST, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
